Anyone buying a cogeneration plant knows that an after-sales service is of paramount importance and also seeks excellence as regards assistance and maintenance.
The AB Group has an in-house organisation dedicated only to this purpose. As well as ordinary and extraordinary, scheduled and unforeseeable maintenance services, we offer configurable solutions including complete plant management, occasional service on call, continuous service, "side-by-side training" of the customer's personnel. An excellent service organisation tested through managing over 200 plants. This makes AB Service the prime Italian operator in maintenance of cogeneration modules.

Operative units
AB Service's resources and organisation allow providing service for the entire park installed 24 hours out of 24, 365 days a year.
The same service model applied in Italy has been exported to the European branches of the AB Group. The widespread presence of AB Service and the constant availability of the spare parts warehouse allow quickly solving any problems with all types of engines installed, be they natural gas or biogas powered.

Remote control system
AB Service has set up, again exclusively for the sector in Italy, a call centre with a dedicated help desk directly at the company.
A very recently activated "control room" ensures further quality of the full-time after-sales and technical service for the entire park installed. This operating station is run by specialised staff and in particular deals with plant monitoring, first analysis of requirements and urgencies and activation of intervention teams where required.
Thanks to this centralised facility, AB is able to further optimise the response time and constantly have an exact picture of plant operation and their scheduled maintenance.
AB Mobile solutions
- ABRC (AB Remote Control) - Allows complete plant control by connecting directly to the customer's monitoring.
- ABPS (AB Plant Status) - Allows consulting the main plant data by connecting via the HTML browser. The data is collected and published directly on the Internet by the AB Group server and updated every 5 minutes.
- Compatibili anche con iPad - For even more comfortable mobile plant control, ABRC (AB Remote Control) and ABPS (AB Plant Status), ABRC (AB Remote Control) and ABPS (AB Plant Status) are also compatible with tablets, e.g. Apple iPad.
- ABSMS - As well as sending all the alarms preselected on the monitoring PC, ABSMS also integrates the "Commands" function, for example, sending an SMS with the text Info, you can in a few seconds receive an SMS with the plant status; in the same way you can send personalised commands.
