LISTENING TO INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP DYNAMICS, INVOLVING SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES

The selection process for AB candidates is closely connected by the effective entry needs and is divided in two main phases:

  • first phase focused on research, screening and assessment based on group dynamics and individual interviews;
  • a second phase focused on cognitive interviews and exploration conducted directly with the line managers and the HR department.

In order to find candidates who are in line to the recruitment needs, AB participates in events at universities and high schools, while also promoting the company’s curricular internships.
