It was Baronchelli himself who presented his first plant installations at local trade-fairs and events. From the very beginning, simple rural life was a concrete model for the management and the development of business dynamics, an organisation that grew fast over the years thanks to professional skills and expertise in a highly-competitive industry such as that of plant engineering. The company began purchasing facilities and plants for continuative production, with an engineering identity of its own. Funnily enough, when the economy came grinding to a halt in the mid-Nineties, the Group's field of operation underwent an expansion. With the idea of providing value-added services, attention was placed on the electrical part, along with the mechanical part, in an interdisciplinary perspective that resulted, in 1992, in the production of the first gas and biogas container cogeneration modules. From then on, AB undertook a more complex technical-economic path, turnover increased and, thanks to a corporate structuring process, new buildings were acquired and, from one-man company, it became a real Industrial Group. Today, AB is an organised multinational concern, consisting of ten highly-specialised companies and the leading Italian designer and manufacturer of cogeneration plants. The new Orzinuovi industrial complex is the most concrete evidence of the company's international growth but also of the fact that it is always strongly bound to its own part of the country. From the very beginning, the story of AB is that of a company which has seen and sees in people, in work and in the future, the very best opportunities for the better use of energy and for sustainable development. A long story of challenges and passions.
