FINANCIAL RESULTS

The first AB Group company (AB Impianti) was established in 1996, on the basis of the experience acquired by the individual concern of founder, Angelo Baronchelli, set up in 1981.

Over these last few years, the strong growth of the company has resulted in the establishment of a real Business group, made up of 11 companies: an Italian operating Holding, four sales companies (three of which abroad), three manufacturing companies, four service companies (of which three abroad), a rent company and an agricultural company. 2010 closed for the AB Group with a consolidated turnover of over 90 million Euro (+50% compared to 2009) and a production figure of over 110 million Euro. Clear confirmation of the validity of the adopted development strategy, of the investments made (over 13 million Euro in the 2009-2010 two-year period) and of a particularly efficient and multidisciplinary organisation. The Group's human resources, all highly professional in their specific roles, have grown together with turnovers until, at the beginning of 2011, they topped 300 people.
